Job summary

SFEG Corp. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II to design and sustain electromechanical product lines across marine, RV, motors, lighting and signage.

You’ll use SolidWorks for 3D modeling and work with ERP for BOM management, requiring strong attention to detail and collaboration with engineering teams. Located on-site in the United States, the role offers exposure to multiple industries, hands-on prototyping, and opportunities for growth within Marmon Holdings and Berkshire

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant mechanical design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in SolidWorks 3D modeling and drafting.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers to design new products and maintain existing lines.
• Translate product requirements into marketable design concepts with Director of Engineering support.
• Engineer and support new product designs from concept to manufacturing implementation.
• Utilize SolidWorks daily for all engineering efforts and manage BOMs in ERP.
• Provide detailed design presentations and build functional prototypes for proof of concept.
