Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of accredited electrician apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred where applicable.
• 3–5 years of experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience with safety standards and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems according to blueprints, schematics, and local electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions with testing devices.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment for hazards and defects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE usage.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
