Hands‑On Field Support: Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks.
Installation Assistance: Help with pulling wire, mounting equipment, setting up battery systems, and preparing job sites.

Tool & Material Management: Organize tools, stage materials, and help keep job sites clean, safe, and efficient.
Emergent Support: Participate in occasional after‑hours or weekend work as needed to support urgent field needs.
Credentials: Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program (Texas Apprentice License preferred).
Experience: 0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands‑on trade experience is a plus, but not required.
Mindset: Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a “do it right” attitude.
Communication: Ability to follow directions, ask good questions, and work well with a team.
Apprentice Pay: $25/hr.
