Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician to join our Fremont, CA team. This on-site role reports to the Director of Electrical Engineering and focuses on wiring harness rework, generating wiring lists, and developing test setups.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with training certification, experience with high/low voltage systems, PPE compliance, and strong hand-eye coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and test energy solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with training certification.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs unassisted.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks inside and outside work environments.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Rework wiring harnesses as technical changes arise.
• Create wiring lists, and convert to electrical drawings.
• Must be able to follow wiring diagrams and develop/implement/verify test setups.
• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
• Familiarity using hand and power tools such as wire strippers, manual/electric crimpers, impact drivers, drills, etc.
• Perform quality checks on completed work.
