Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician to join our team in Fremont, CA. This on-site role reports to the Director of Electrical Engineering and involves hands-on wiring, assembly, and test setup work essential to our SOFC/SOEC technology.

The candidate should have a high school diploma with training certification, be able to lift 35 lbs, and wear PPE while maintaining strict safety practices. On-site work five days a week, with opportunities to contribute to a safer, more reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma with training certification is required.
• Lift at least 35 lbs; stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures; basic dexterity for assembly.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow electrical test setups.

Responsibilities

• Rework wiring harnesses as technical changes arise.
• Create wiring lists, and convert to electrical drawings.
• Follow wiring diagrams and develop/verify test setups.
• Perform complex and advanced assembly per spec and instructions.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools such as strippers, crimpers, drills.
• Perform quality checks on completed work.
