Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. seeks an Electrical Quality Superintendent to lead on-site quality initiatives, coordinate inspections, and serve as the liaison between Electrical leadership, the Quality group, trade partners, and owner representatives.

This full-time, site-based role requires extensive travel across the continental U.S. Travel subsistence and additional incentives are provided per company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Electrician/Construction professional with 10+ years' experience on similar projects.
• State-issued electrical license or journeyman status preferred.
• Experience with quality management tools for design-build projects.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• OSHA 30-Hr Construction Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Project Site Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and ITP with input from project team and client feedback.
• Enforce quality processes in the field through on-site checks and inspections.
• Collaborate with Electrical leadership to implement a data-driven quality strategy.
• Identify and verify resolution of quality issues per contract and SSQP.
• Review electrical submittals for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare daily quality reports documenting tests and activities.
• Contribute to site Electrical Work Plans.
