Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. in Turtle Creek, PA, is seeking a Resident Electrical Engineer to join our hardware engineering team. You will support ongoing manufacturing, troubleshoot test setups, translate designs for manufacturability, and drive DFMA for battery energy storage systems.

The role requires a B.S. in electrical engineering and at least 2 years of experience, with hands-on work in high voltage systems and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with high voltage systems (1,500 VDC and 480 VAC) is preferred.
• Proficiency with reading schematics and electrical test equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and manufacturing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety certifications (UL, CE, NFPA/NEC) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supports ongoing manufacturing and new product introduction of battery energy storage systems.
• Troubleshoots and supports development and implementation of test setups, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality in production.
• Coordinates feedback to resolve issues and acts as on-site liaison for manufacturing, operations, and quality teams.
• Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Supports certification efforts for UL, CE, and other standards when necessary.
• Develops and executes test procedures for IPQC and factory acceptance testing.
