Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an On-site EHS Specialist for our South region, based in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on ensuring safety protocols, engaging the crew, and coordinating with the Territory Safety Lead to meet safety program goals during active work on the project site.

Key duties include supporting craft safety engagement, reviewing site activities for safe practices and PPE usage, and handling safety documentation and reporting across shifts.

Qualifications

• CHST certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to walk/traverse a jobsite and lift heavy materials on a 3rd shift and overtime schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides safety support on site and engages team members.
• Reviews work activities to promote safe practices and proper PPE usage.
• Completes safety documentation and reporting for shifts and phases.
