Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years EHS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Incident investigation and reporting, including root cause analysis and implementation of changes.
• Cultivate and continuously improve safety culture through policy education and standards implementation.
• Maintain EHS procedures, processes, and programs in compliance with state and federal statutes.
• Assist with record keeping, presentation, and evaluation of EHS records and KPIs.
• Help evaluate, implement, and maintain ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Plant leader in the implementation of workplace ergonomics and safety program solutions.
• Act as site first responder and member of safety committee.
• Facilitate training related to EHS matters.
• Maintain safety related records.
• Manage the hazardous waste program (compliance, reporting, emergency response).
• Lead monthly safety meetings.
