Page Mechanical Group, Inc. in Yankton, SD is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs across a manufacturing facility.

You will ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, champion a strong safety culture, and manage risk assessments, training, and inspections to protect employees and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required.
• Master’s degree desirable.
• 3+ years experience in a managerial or technical position in a manufacturing environment with EH&S knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, and training skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, plan, and implement environmental, health, and safety programs for the Company.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee safety training and facility inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Champion a strong safety culture through communication, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
