Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a temporary, part-time Educational Consultant for Salt Lake City, Utah. The role focuses on delivering professional learning, coaching teachers, and analyzing data to improve classroom practice.

The ideal candidate has a teaching background, experience with the Common Core, and the ability to work with teachers and leaders in person. Travel up to 80% is expected, and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years teaching and PD experience.
• Experience coaching teachers and delivering professional development.
• Strong data analysis and ability to use data to inform instruction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality professional development for teachers and leaders.
• Train and support school staff, analyze data, and communicate consultatively.
• Coordinate on-site product training and PD courses.
• Engage with school leaders to guide implementation.
• Track training notes and complete assignments on time.
• Present a professional image to customers and prospects.
