Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Per Diem Educational Consultant in Southern California to deliver high-quality professional learning to teachers and school leaders. This role is per diem and hourly, with travel up to 70% during the school year, and requires relocation eligibility to Southern California.

A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years teaching or PD experience are expected. You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Professional Learning to design and present data-informed PD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 2+ years in teaching and professional development.
• Experience coaching teachers and delivering PD to breakouts and groups.
• Comfort using data with teachers and school leaders to inform instruction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality professional development and training for teachers and leaders.
• Deliver on-site and virtual PD sessions and support school teams.
• Analyze data and communicate consultatively with staff and leaders.
• Coordinate with Senior Director and sales team to tailor PD programs.
