Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
• Experience serving educators, school leaders, and delivering on-site or virtual professional development.
• Strong knowledge of standards and effective adult-learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality professional development, training, and support.
• Analyze data and communicate consultatively with teachers and school leaders.
• Coordinate on-site product training and PD courses for teachers and administrators.
• Deliver equity-focused PD to improve classroom instruction and outcomes.
• Provide tailored on-site support, including lesson planning and data-driven instruction.
• Participate in an internal cycle of professional improvement and coaching.
