Riverside Community Care in Somerville, MA is seeking a Home Visiting Manager for the Early Head Start program. The role provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors, supports their growth, ensures fidelity to the program model and Head Start standards, and collaborates with leadership to maintain daily operations.

You will drive quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, and evaluation to strengthen outcomes, services, and policies.

Formación

• Fluent in Arabic, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education, developmental milestones, safety, health, nutrition; adult learning; and family dynamics.
• Able to collaborate, communicate and motivate people.
• Knowledge of community resources and linking families to agencies.
• Knowledge of Reggio Emilia teaching approaches preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation.
