Job summary

You will balance core operations with creator outreach, maintain master spreadsheets, process orders, protect seller health, and support marketing execution.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets for trackers and inventories.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data and orders.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 20-30 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.
• Willingness to learn new e-commerce tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack, and ship daily orders across all channels with accuracy.
• Maintain and audit master inventory spreadsheets to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
• Monitor account health and respond to customer inquiries across marketplaces.
• Research influencers, manage outreach, and track creator communications.
• Coordinate influencer seeding, shipping, and follow-ups with partners.
• Support general marketing tasks and promotional activities as needed.
