Job summary

Jbi Construction is seeking a Job Site Superintendent to manage construction tasks at bases in Aurora, Colorado, and Cheyenne, Wyoming. The role requires extensive experience, safety knowledge, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recent commercial experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee jobsite and ensure worker safety and instruction compliance.
• Maintain communication with employees, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Perform daily logs and other documentation.

Skills

Excellent communication, coordination, and scheduling skills

Understanding of all trades performed on the job

Familiar with tools used onsite

Ability to read blueprints

Understanding of OSHA and safety rules

Proficient in email and Microsoft Office Suite

Prior experience at Department of Defense facilities

Experience with USACE Quality Control protocols
