Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage DNA assembly and molecular cloning projects.
• Design oligonucleotides, gene fragments, and PCR primers.
• Perform PCR, gel electrophoresis, and DNA purification.
• Interpret sequencing results and troubleshoot experiments.
• Maintain organized digital records and workflows (Benchling).
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to refine experimental design.
