PowerPak Civil & Safety LLC is hiring an Operations Manager for the Hanover, MD distribution center. This on-site, full-time role leads a lean team and owns receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery to meet on-time commitments.

The position requires 5+ years in warehouse or operations, plus hands-on leadership on the floor and in cross-functional coordination with purchasing, sales, and customer service. Hanover, MD campus, office-based work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Experience owning outcomes when things had to ship correctly and on time.
• Ability to manage the floor while overseeing the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: inbound freight, PO verification and put-away.
• Inventory: cycle counts, bin organization, trustworthy data.
