Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in case management or grant-funded programs.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with federally funded housing programs is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in hotel and meal vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with program policies and federal/state law.
• Maintain tracking and reporting data on all vendors.
• Monitor service quality and address issues promptly.
• Provide technical assistance on program policies and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot program implementation issues.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
