Job summary

Sand Valley in Wisconsin seeks an on-site Director of Real Estate Sales to drive luxury residential sales and shape the sales strategy. This role combines relationship-building, property tours, and hands-on transaction management through closing.

You will work with resort leadership to coordinate marketing, pricing, MLS entries, and buyer communications, ensuring a seamless prospective homeowner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, resort, or lifestyle real estate.
• Active Wisconsin real estate license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong relationship-building with high-net-worth buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound leads and follow up timely by phone and email.
• Guide buyers from inquiry to closing and coordinate tours.
• Lead offer negotiations and manage transactions to closing.
• Maintain and report on the sales pipeline weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate MLS listings and pricing accuracy across materials.
