Qualifications

• Must enjoy high-level customer service and creating a positive cafe environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and giving accurate change.
• Able to work with a POS system and basic technology.
• Strong communication and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Prior food service or cashier experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes.
• Communicate clearly and be a self-starter.
• Know and maintain Fooda standards of service and sanitation daily.
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary for resolution.
