Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate for our Tempemarket in Chicago. You will build relationships with customers, maintain a positive cafe environment, and deliver high levels of service while handling transactions on a POS system.

You’ll keep the space clean and align with Fooda sanitation standards daily. We value strong communication, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to escalate issues to leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and cashiering is preferred.
• Able to handle cash accurately and provide correct change.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiastic, high-energy demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and wash dishes as needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self-starter.
• Know and follow Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily.
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary to assist problem solving.
