Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Data Entry Specialist (PRN) to transcribe paper source documents into electronic CRFs and support data quality checks in the laboratory data capture process.

This on-site role emphasizes accurate data transcription, timely data queries, and adherence to GCPs and Pharmaron SOPs while coordinating with responsible study staff. Familiarity with Medidata Rave or REDCap and a high school diploma (associates preferred) will help you succeed in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates / 60+ college credits in related field preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical databases like Medidata Rave, REDCap, etc.
• Prior knowledge of Phase I clinical trials helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the accurate transcription of study data from original source documents to electronic data capture systems.
• Review of EDC if data entry is performed by a different team personnel.
• Completes data queries within 72 hours of receipt from study sponsors.
• Adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and Pharmaron's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinating with responsible staff to complete data entry per monitor schedule.
