Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Data Entry Specialist (PRN) in Baltimore, MD to support study data via transcription from source documents to electronic CRFs, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry per monitor schedules.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), familiarity with Medidata Rave or REDCap, and a meticulous approach to quality control within a fast-paced CRO/CDMO environment.

Qualifications

• Transcribe paper source documents to electronic CRFs.
• Review EDC data entry for consistency and completeness.
• Complete data queries within 72 hours of sponsor receipt.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate transcription of study data to electronic data capture systems.
• Review of EDC when data entry is performed by another team.
• Complete data queries within 72 hours of receipt from study sponsors.
• Adhere to GCPs and SOPs.
• Coordinate with staff to meet monitor schedules.
