Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Menasha, WI is seeking a Data Center Technician to install, configure and maintain server and network equipment on-site in a full-time role. You will support critical infrastructure at a world-class data center facility and participate in on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2), solid troubleshooting and documentation abilities, and the fitness to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

3+ years data center operations experience.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
Familiarity with structured cabling and data center best practices.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
