Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team supporting critical infrastructure in world‑class facilities. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

You will install and maintain servers, manage structured cabling, monitor power and cooling, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure uptime and reliability across data center operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site, including nights and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
