Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician in Linthicum Heights to join our on-site team. This full-time position focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment in a world-class data center environment.

The role requires extensive cabling expertise, strong troubleshooting, and solid documentation skills, with on-call rotation and occasional night/weekend shifts. 3+ years in data center ops are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fibers).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissioning activities.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
