Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team, supporting critical infrastructure at our world-class facilities. This full-time role focuses on maintaining server and network equipment.

Responsibilities include cabling, deployments, monitoring power and cooling, incident response, and precise asset documentation. Candidates should have 3+ years of data center operations, strong troubleshooting, vendor certifications, and DCIM familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience
• Experience with rack and stack operations
• Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
