• Proficiency in Cable Management and cabling systems.
• Experience in Data Center Operations and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting network and system issues.
• Hands-on experience with Cabling and Structured Cabling installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with hardware configuration and server management is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team.
• Physical ability to lift and install equipment.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in data center operations or networking is a plus.
• Server hardware replacement experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• At least 1 year experience.
• CompTIA Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot datacenter hardware and infrastructure.
• Manage cable routing, structured cabling, and server room operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain connectivity and uptime.
• Address urgent technical needs on-site and participate in general datacenter tasks.
• Work 12-hour shifts with 3 and 4 day weekly patterns.
