Job summary

AECOM Corporation is seeking Data Center Quality Assurance Managers on a national basis. This on-site role will be based in Culpeper, VA, leading inspection teams and ensuring conformance with contract requirements throughout construction.

Responsibilities include defect tracking, non-conformance management, and coordination with the Owner, with extensive reporting and site visits to verify test results and safety compliance. Relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Preferred: 15 years of experience with construction and/or quality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors reviewing workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with contract requirements.
• Maintain defects and omissions list; manage Non-Conformance Notices and Open Issues Log reconciliation.
• Monitor contractor quality programs for conformance; notify CLIENT of test failures and plan corrective actions.
• Oversee punchlist and Zero Defect walkthrough; report critical issues to Construction Management Lead.
• Coordinate with Owner and prepare weekly and monthly project reports; maintain test records.
