Job summary

Jobot in Boyers, PA seeks a Data Center Operations & Security Lead to oversee secure, high-availability infrastructure on-site. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and oversees incidents, technician supervision, and audit-ready environments.

Responsibilities include managing compute/storage/networking and ensuring compliance with DISA STIG, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Facilities Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years supporting enterprise or classified data center operations.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows/Linux admin, enterprise storage (Dell EMC or similar), Cisco/Palo Alto networking, and monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Splunk).
• Experience in COMSEC training and cleared government environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a secure data center supporting classified workloads and ensure system availability.
• Perform Tier 2-3 troubleshooting and oversee preventive maintenance of servers, storage, and networking.
• Manage physical infrastructure activities including rack-and-stack, cabling, environmental monitoring, and power distribution.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with systems, network, cybersecurity, and facilities teams.
• Serve as COMSEC Custodian and Major Incident Manager during outages or high-severity events.
