Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Data Center Operations & Security Lead to oversee secure infrastructure within a high-availability facility. On-site role with a focus on DoD and national security standards, incident management, and COMSEC responsibilities.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a bachelor’s degree, and 15+ years of experience in enterprise or classified data center operations. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years supporting enterprise or classified data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a secure data center with high availability.
• Coordinate incident response and oversee on-site technicians.
• Maintain audit-ready environments per DoD and security standards.
• Serve as COMSEC Custodian for government crypto materials.
• Act as Major Incident Manager during outages and investigations.
• Maintain asset inventories, lifecycle docs, and CMDB records.
• Support DISA STIG, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliance.
