Job summary

Aegis is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for a data center practice. You will join a team of project managers and engineers to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include baseline development, progress updates with narratives, critical path analyses, and KPI development. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth and impact on major projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in the vertical construction industry.
• 1+ year of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for projects.
• Review documents to build baselines with dates, activities, milestones.
• Provide progress updates with narratives and reporting.
• Analyze schedules, identify problems, and suggest fixes.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to support programs.
• Communicate status to teams and stakeholders.
• Support cost and resource management and risk assessment.
