Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager V to be based in Texas. This role oversees all activities across multiple construction projects including pre-construction, design, scheduling, and closeout, ensuring compliance with design, budget, schedule, and quality.

Travel up to 90% may be required. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; 15 years in construction is preferred.

• Fifteen years in Construction.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities associated with assigned projects including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, occupancy and warranty enforcement for multiple construction projects.
• Organizes and coordinates construction activities with the client and client vendors, as well as other stakeholders as needed.
• Plans and organizes reports, reviews documentation from multiple project teams working on projects assigned.
• Coordinate with the General Contractor and ensure Scheduling of all tests and inspections required by the Contract Documents or governmental authorities.
