L.N. Curtis & sons seeks a Customer Service Representative to support technicians and customers in the Emergency Responder Equipment market.

This on-site role in Salt Lake City, UT requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage orders, pricing, and service schedules. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 3–5 years in customer service or inside sales, and experience in an industrial setting is helpful.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• Ability to read and understand federal government contracts, POs, RFQs and RFPs.
