Job summary

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group in Utah is seeking a field service technician to repair and maintain emergency vehicle equipment. You will travel to customer sites to diagnose and fix issues, perform testing and installation, and ensure equipment functions properly.

Strong customer service, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a clean driving record; EVT/ASE credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of all fire apparatus equipment.
• Test and repair equipment by visiting customer locations.
• Provide troubleshooting and installation of equipment.
• Assist customers and respond to their needs as required.
• Confirm equipment is functional after troubleshooting.
• Provide telephone support to perform remote troubleshooting.
• Ensure equipment remains in proper working condition after service.
