Job summary

Join TIGON Golf Carts in Hatfield as a Customer Service Representative, supporting daily operations at our headquarters. This on-site role combines customer service, phone sales, service coordination, payment processing, and paperwork to move vehicle sales and service forward.

You will communicate with customers, schedule appointments, assist with financing paperwork, and learn our products across golf carts and electric vehicles. Training will be provided, with regular hours Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Customer service, call center, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Comfortable using Google Chrome and browser-based software.
• Basic typing skills for accurate data entry.
• Basic math for payments, totals, refunds, and transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or with a team.
• Availability Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales, service, parts, and general customer calls.
• Make outbound sales and customer follow-up calls.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and accurately.
• Follow up with sales leads and prospective customers.
• Manage service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate customer appointments with sales and service teams.
• Assist with payment collection and customer account follow-ups.
• Process bill payments, refunds, returns, and other transactions.
• Prepare titles, registrations, sales documents, and basic paperwork.
• Help customers complete financing applications and funding steps.
• Enter and update customer, vehicle, sales, and service information.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Track customer requests and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
• Support general office, administrative, and clerical responsibilities.
• Coordinate with dealership locations and management.
• Maintain organized daily workflow and confidential information.
• Learn manufacturers, vehicle models, parts, accessories, and services.
• Support golf cart, EV, and motorsports sales and service.
