CablesAndKits is seeking a Customer Service Representative to take true ownership of the customer experience, serving as the essential link between customers, sales, and warehouse in Commerce, GA. You will manage inquiries, orders, and issues with confident communication and strong follow-through.

Ideal candidates have prior customer-facing experience, excellent organization, and a readiness to collaborate across teams on a fast-paced order-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer support, or sales support.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with multiple needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone, web chat, email, and in person with professional support.
• Enter orders accurately, including product, pricing, and shipping details.
• Track orders and shipments, informing customers of updates and issues.
• Investigate and resolve routine issues, owning follow-through to resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and other teams to move needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and connect customers with the right sales owner.
• Support walk-in and pickup customers, coordinate fulfillment with warehouse.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records; surface recurring issues.
