Salinacomfort is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Care representative in Salina, KS. You will be the first point of contact for customers booking service, repairs, and installations.

This full-time, on-site role lives in the office and reports to the Customer Care department. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and coordinating with the field team to keep work flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (home services, trades, or call center a plus).
• Strong phone, email, and computer skills.
• Great attitude and attention to detail.
