Job summary

Dale Rogers Training Center is seeking a reliable Custodial Supervisor to support custodial operations at our Main Campus in Oklahoma City, OK. This hands-on leadership role conducts inspections, assists training, and ensures staff have the tools and direction needed to meet cleaning standards.

You will supervise crews, schedule staff, ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment, and respond to customer requests.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license.
Steady employment history.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct custodial crew.
Train employees (new hires and ongoing training).
Ensure proper use of custodial chemicals, equipment, floor care products, and cleaning procedures.
Monitor attendance and ensure timely arrival to work sites.
Maintain professional communication with clients, management, and team members.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests and concerns.
Address employee and operational issues per agency procedures.
Participate in special events and emergency response activities as required.
Submit payroll and required documentation accurately and on time.
Schedule staff to meet task and frequency requirements.
Ensure assigned areas meet quality standards.
