Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service seeks a Culinary Field Specialist to oversee kitchen standards across multiple houses, coaching chefs and ensuring consistent quality. You will be on-site, tasting and guiding lines, and coordinating staffing, vendors, and execution to maintain Upper Crust standards.

You will travel within your subregion, address issues in real time, and support Area Managers in maintaining high culinary quality across all kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Experience cooking on the line and coordinating prep work.
• Ability to coach technique and ensure menu execution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen standards and coach chefs to maintain quality.
• Identify and fix food safety or quality issues on the spot.
• Manage staffing and scheduling across multiple houses.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely deliveries and setup.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for on-site partners and manage relationships.
