Job summary

Florida Orthopaedic Institute in St. Petersburg is seeking a CT / X-Ray Technologist to join our Imaging Services team. You will perform CT scans and radiographs, deliver compassionate patient care, and support radiologists with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements include ARRT certification, CT registration, Florida license, and BLS within 90 days. New grads welcome. Travel between facilities and variable shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT certified.
• Must be CT registered.
• Must have current Florida license.
• Must display excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients using established protocols.
• Radiograph patients with speed, accuracy and care.
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service to all patients scanned.
• Work independently and as part of a team; flexible with schedule.
• Travel between facilities for X-ray.
• Work in Radiology Department when not CT scanning.
• Maintain ARRT and Florida licenses per CEU requirements.
• Assist with image acquisition for ACR submissions.
• Report statistics and complete daily totals sheet.
• Ensure compliance with all FOI policies and procedures.
