Job summary

The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) will support secure construction activities at a data center facility at Joint Region Marianas, Guam. The CST is responsible for monitoring construction and renovation activities to ensure compliance with security protocols, construction standards, project specifications and ICD-705 security procedures.

The CST will conduct continuous surveillance, manage access to secure areas, verify personnel, inspect work, and identify/report security breaches

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction surveillance or CST role.
• Active TS clearance or ability to obtain TS.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience with surveillance tech and blueprints.
• Knowledge of ICD-705 security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction/renovation work to ensure security compliance.
• Control access to secure areas and verify authorized personnel.
• Inspect for compliance with plans, document incidents and observations.
• Read and analyze designs/blueprints, report anomalies or security issues.
