Barton Malow is seeking a CSA Project Engineer for a mission-critical project near Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the jobsite.

The role supports civil, structural, and architectural packages, focusing on document flow and timely coordination of submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings. It offers a development path toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in CM, civil/structural eng, or architecture.
• 2–5 years supporting structural, architectural, and civil scope on large projects.
• Strong ability to read structural and architectural drawings and catch conflicts early.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage heavy document traffic and keep logs current.
• On-site work at jobsite near Philadelphia, with full-time presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittal process for the CSA package with logging and tracking.
• Prepare, track, and close out RFIs ensuring timely turnaround.
• Coordinate shop drawings across structural, architectural, civil scopes.
• Review drawings for conflicts and interfaces before fabrication release.
• Maintain document control including drawings, revisions, bulletins, as-builts.
• Track procurement, fabrication, and delivery dates against schedule.
• Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, and action items for subcontractors.
• Support cost tracking, change documentation, and monthly CSA reporting.
• Assist with project closeout including manuals and warranties.
• Build effective relationships with owner, design team, trade partners, Barton Malow team.
