Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Critical Care Technician (CCT) at our Manitowoc facility to assist Registered Nurses with acute patient care tasks. Responsibilities include providing age-appropriate care in a sensitive and ethical manner, while reporting to the Nurse Manager on each shift.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, completion of Critical Care Tech course within 6 months, and BLS certification. We offer a range of benefits including paid time off, growth opportunities, and various health insurance options.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Critical Care Tech course or equity within 6 months of hire date.
• Successful completion of a skill competency checklist validated by a Registered Nurse.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider or equivalent required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse with delegated tasks related to acute care.
• Provide age-appropriate care in a culturally and ethically sensitive manner.
• Report to the Nurse Manager and RN on duty.
