Job summary

R3 Continuum, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to serve as independent crisis responders in New York. You will provide on-site support to organizations and staff following workplace disruptions, operating as an independent consultant within the R3C network.

Qualified clinicians hold an NY license (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/psychologist), possess a master’s in mental health, and maintain malpractice insurance. English, Farsi, and Arabic language skills are welcomed for diverse caseloads.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in NY (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage.
• Willing to complete CIR training or show approved CIR training.
• Clinicians fluent in English, Farsi and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events.
• Expand R3 Continuum network in New York and surrounding areas.
• Follow R3C reporting protocols via the mobile app.
