Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse behavioral health professionals to expand our crisis-response network in Omaha, NE. You would provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Independent licensure in Nebraska (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LIMPH or Psychologist) and a master's degree in mental health are required. R3C offers CIR training if needed and covers professional liability insurance. Flexible, case-by-case scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Nebraska (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LIMPH or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training.
• If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
