Job summary

French Consulting is seeking an on-site Alternate Program Manager at Fort Bragg, NC to lead the credentialing operation. You’ll run the floor, supervise staff, and coordinate with the off-site Program Manager to maintain performance.

You’ll back up SSM and VO duties, certify cross-trained staff, and oversee schedules, leave, and coverage to ensure no gaps. The role emphasizes leadership and hands-on operation management.

Qualifications

• Two+ years' CAC and USID card experience.
• Ability to obtain RAPIDS VO and SSM certifications.
• Eligibility to obtain a CAC.
• Favorable NACI clearance by your start date.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor and ensure stations are staffed to standard.
• Back up SSM and VO roles with cross-training.
• Support Program Manager with reporting, QC, and on-site coordination.
• Manage schedules, leave, and coverage to handle absences.
• Reinforce card stock accountability and DEERS/RAPIDS discipline.
