Qualifications

• Proficiency in lifting operations and safe load handling.
• Experience operating heavy equipment, especially cranes.
• Knowledge of rigging gear and load-securing methods.
• Ability to inspect cranes and lifting components before and after use.
• Valid crane operator certification (e.g., NCCCO) and clean driving record.
• Strong OSHA safety knowledge and safe work practice mindset.
• Ability to read load charts, site plans and lift plans.

Responsibilities
