Job summary

Shae Cares CPR recruits qualified instructors to conduct on-site CPR, BLS, First Aid, and AED training for diverse groups. You will deliver hands-on sessions, assess learner progress, and help participants gain confidence in essential life-saving skills.

This role is flexible—full-time, part-time, or as-needed—without handling certifications or client paperwork. Equipment ownership is required or must be acquired before first class.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, BLS, or First Aid instructor certification from a recognized organization (ARC, AHA, HSI or similar).
• Owns required equipment (6 Adult, 6 Infant, and 6 AED Trainers) or must acquire them before first class.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging CPR/BLS/First Aid training sessions on-site for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback to ensure competence.
• Support participants to feel confident in their life-saving skills, following training guidelines.
